Welcome to Dreams Come True Farm's 2018 Horse Show Results
2018 was mainly a breeding year for DCTF
Sjaantje Sport's Sape colt, Hamilton DCTF, was born April 15, 2018, so it was not until IFSHA Worlds rolled around in October that the foal was weaned and she was ready for the show ring. Isobel Ypkje van het Kasteel Sport, who was originally purchased to be our modern broodmare was bred to Hessel the end of May and back in training by August, so she could qualify for Worlds at the September IFSHA Region 1 show. In 2018 the ADS implemented their driven dressage medal program, and with my past drive scores 70% or higher, I had earned both my blue (Training) and my bronze (Preliminary) medals, so I set my sights on going for their silver (Intermediate) medal. I was elated when I earned my first qualifying score at Worlds and my second at MLMDC's Dressage during MARD. Intermediate driven dressage will be my focus next year.
Below is a listing of their events this year along with class placings and commemorative photos.
